I recently used a company for my broadband installation, avonline.co.uk. I have to say that their services are average. The installation process was smooth and the staff was friendly. However, the overall performance of the system has been disappointing. The connection speed is not as fast as advertised and there have been frequent outages. I expected better from Avonline plc.
