I recently used Citi Health for my medical needs and I must say the overall experience was average. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt, but I felt that the facilities could use some improvement. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I did encounter some issues with scheduling appointments and had to wait longer than expected. Overall, I would rate my experience with Citi Health as average.
