I had a mixed experience with Gentec Benelux. On one hand, their products are of good quality and their prices are competitive. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a response from their support team. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would say Gentec Benelux is an average company with room for improvement.
