I recently had an experience that didn’t meet my expectations. The staff was friendly, but the treatments seemed rather generic and lacked the personalized approach I was hoping for. I felt like my specific needs were overlooked, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. The environment was pleasant enough, but I was looking for something more tailored. I wish they had taken the time to really understand my situation and provide a more customized plan. 🤔

Hi Lisa, I am so sorry to hear you weren't happy and would like to understand where we went wrong. We pride ourselves on being exceptional every time and if that did not happen then I need to address this as a matter of urgency with my team!
