I recently had an experience that didn’t meet my expectations. The staff was friendly, but the treatments seemed rather generic and lacked the personalized approach I was hoping for. I felt like my specific needs were overlooked, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. The environment was pleasant enough, but I was looking for something more tailored. I wish they had taken the time to really understand my situation and provide a more customized plan. 🤔
