I had to wait for more than 6 years before they delivered my apartment in Casablanca Marina despite continuous promises to deliver 4 years earlier. After I received it and moved in, the real nightmare began. The building was not ready yet to be lived in, with broken or malfunctioning elevators, and no respect for safety or hygiene standards since 6 months and till today. Also, there are problems within my apartment, ranging from bad installations to sewage issues and hidden defects. The people who promised to fix these problems after I sign the contract and move in are now ignoring my complaints, refusing to communicate in any way. I find myself dealing with too many parties blaming each other and rejecting responsibilty instead of finding solutions.
