HIS ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT I BE SATISFIED AND HAPPY AND THAT MY WIFE WAS OK. IN NO WAY
WAS HE EXPRESSING "FAKE" INTEREST. IT STRUCK ME AT THE TIME,
"NOW HERE'S A MAN THAT REALLY KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS."
WHILE THE COMPANY DOES HAVE A "CANCELLATION POLICY" HE WAS
SENSITIVE ENOUGHT TO APRECIATE THAT, IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE,
AN EXCEPTION NEEDED TO BE MADE AND HE THEREFORE IMMEDIATELY CREDITED MY CHARGE CARD. HIS GENUINE SENSITIVITY
WAS REFRESHING IN TODAY'S WORLD AND THE END RESULT IS THAT I WILL BE A MAJOR REPEAT CUSTOMER. I'VE RESEARCHED ALL THE
LIMO SERVICES IN THE KC AREA AND "CUSTOM LIMO" IS HANDS DOWN
THE BEST! I MIGHT ADD, THIS IS NOT A "PAID" REVIEW BUT REAL AND
AN ABSOLUTE REFLECTION OF MY EXPERIENCE. THANKS AGAIN TOM!
