I was riding along Mass Ave this morning and started having a brake issue with my bike. This fella named Ric appeared like a guardian angel and invited me to ride with him to his bike shop where he was about to open for the day. That's how I found myself in Back Bay Bicycles. Ric took care of the issue, made sure everything was adjusted to my liking, answered a whole bunch of questions, and was just a generally awesome guy with an awesome dog. I'll be back here for sure
