The service provided by ToGo Carpool is average. I have used their carpooling service a few times and while it gets the job done, there are definitely areas for improvement. The app interface is a bit clunky and could use some streamlining. However, I have always had a reliable ride and the drivers have been courteous. Overall, it's an okay option for carpooling.
