I had a mixed experience with Pintsch Tiefenbach GmbH. While their products are of high quality, I have had some issues with their customer service. There were times when my inquiries were not responded to in a timely manner and it caused some frustration. However, when I did get through to them, they were helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I would say my experience with them has been average.
