I ve purchased and sold numerous homes in multiple States using multiple Financial Institutions of all types from Local Banks, Credit Unions, and Large Corporations. Without a doubt, The Independent Banker s Bank (TIB) is the worst Lender that I have ever used or heard of. Numerous events that TIB Customer Service said one thing on Recorded Phone Conversations that TIB high level Managers wouldn t allow a follow through and completion. I m absorbing the costs of a refinance to get out from under such stupid Business decisions by TIB. This review isn t about a Branch Bank that is partnered with TIB but is centered on the TIB Lake Zurich, IL Home Office that doesn t have a way to let you rate them. How convenient.
