I have mixed feelings about my experience with Kite Electronics GmbH. On one hand, their website kite-electronics.de is well-designed and user-friendly. On the other hand, the shipping took longer than expected and the packaging was not in great condition. The customer service team was quick to respond to my queries, but I expected better overall.
