They have an average service. It's not great but it gets the job done. I have been a customer with Grand Myrtle Beach Wireless for a few months now. Their network coverage is decent, but I have experienced some occasional dropouts. The customer service is responsive, although sometimes they take a bit longer to resolve issues. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
