I have had my system going on three years now. Recently I needed new batteries. I was afraid our current National situation might affect my chances of getting those batteries. I need not have worried. I received an immediate response to my email. After I provided a few requested details, I got a call confirming the receipt of my information that same day. The batteries arrived two days later. I'm the customer who tends to become a nuisance because I panic when I don't understand certain information. There's no panicking with the team at Lift and Transfer Specialists. The staff and service are quick, reliable, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, reassuring, and giving.
