I have been a customer of Vicor - componentes industriais for a while now and I must say their products and services are average. The quality of their components is decent, but there is room for improvement. The delivery time is satisfactory and their customer support is responsive. However, I have encountered a few issues with their billing system, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
