Customer service from front desk staff is beyond unfriendly. As we approached the window to visit our family member we were not welcomed at all. To think they would be friendly and welcoming in order to help others in need of recovery services want to use there programs. I also arrived Sunday to drop off clothes for my relative and a woman said I can only take our 7 outfits, I explained my relative was being transferred to another program Monday and needs this bag of clothes. She explained we don't have storage for that. I asked what about the 7 outfits you asked. She said we don't have storage for that either... I was confused bc she literally just asked for me to pull out 7 outfits. I'm glad they provided help to my relative however, staff needs to be trained on customer service and verbiage.
