I have been dealing with Troika for many years and I have to say that their construction services are average. The quality of work is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The team is professional and efficient, but sometimes the communication can be a bit lacking. Overall, I would recommend Troika for smaller projects, but for larger and more complex ones, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
