I have been a customer of Prudential Insurance Agency for several years now and I must say that their service has been average at best. While they have been able to handle my insurance needs adequately, I have had some issues with their customer service. The representatives I have spoken with have not always been the most helpful or friendly. Overall, I would say that Prudential Insurance Agency is an average insurance agency.
