I recently used Know Research for my qualitative market research needs and I must say, the experience was average. The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that the overall quality of the research was lacking. There were a few instances where the research findings seemed biased and not truly representative of the target audience. Additionally, the report provided was not very comprehensive and lacked actionable insights. Overall, while Know Research was able to provide some value, I believe there are better options available in the market.
