I had a mixed experience with Licht & Design Die Lichtfabrik GmbH. Overall, their products and services were decent. The quality of the lights I purchased was good, and they had a wide range of designs to choose from. However, the customer service was lacking in some areas. It took quite a long time to receive a response to my inquiry, and the staff seemed a bit uninterested in assisting me. Despite the flaws, I would still consider purchasing from them again.
