I had an overall average experience with CivTech Solutions. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my queries and did not provide satisfactory solutions. I expected better service considering their reputation. The pricing was competitive, but I feel that they need to work on improving their customer support to be considered great.
