My wife and I rented from the Wilton Company for 3 years and were very satisfied with our experience. We rented a 2 bedroom in the Gayton Apartments complex and never had any major problems to speak of, and anything minor that did come up was always handled quickly.

The maintenance department deserves special mention, as the few times we had to call them they always showed up within a half hour, if not 15 minutes or so.
