I ve lived here for several years and love it. Great location and management is really responsive. You may encounter the occasional homeless on the surrounding streets but not anymore then you d expect living in an urban area. Management generally keeps the surrounding areas very clean.

Only complaints I have would be that street parking has become more difficult recently. With the continued development of the area (both residential and commercial) there hasn t been a corresponding increase in street parking for residents of the area. Additionally, the units are equipped with a washer/dryer combo which doesn t work as well as a normal washer and dryer. Lastly, rent has risen quite a bit since I ve started living here which I imagine at some point will outweigh the worth of living here.
