I had an overall average experience with Concrete Prescriptions. The quality of work done was satisfactory, but the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and they were not very responsive to my inquiries. However, the project was completed within the agreed timeline and the end result was decent. I would consider hiring them again for future projects if they improve their communication and customer service.
