I recently booked a vacation with Jet Tours Travel World and I must say, it was an average experience. The customer service was good, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I felt that the prices were a bit high compared to other travel agencies. Overall, I would consider using them again if I couldn't find a better deal elsewhere.
