I recently utilized the services of a web development company. Although they did a decent job overall, I felt that there were some missed opportunities. The project was completed on time, but the communication could have been better. Despite these minor flaws, the end result met our requirements and functional expectations. It was a satisfactory experience but not extraordinary.
