I have been using Sight-A-Light for a while now and I must say their services are just average. The website is user-friendly and the product selection is decent. However, I have faced some issues with their customer support team. They take too long to respond and often provide generic solutions that don't really solve the problem. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
