I have been a customer of Reliant Energy for several years now, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The customer service is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The rates offered by Reliant Energy are competitive, and I appreciate the flexibility in payment options. Overall, I would rate Reliant Energy as an average company.
