I had a mixed experience with Holidaze. While the website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth, the customer service left something to be desired. I encountered a few issues with my reservation and had trouble getting in touch with a representative. However, once I did speak with someone, they were able to resolve the problems. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
