The location and golf course deserve 5 stars. The staff also deserve 5 stars. However, the food is TERRIBLE like absolutely awful. I take that back, the goat cheese was great, otherwise it was a waste of hundreds of dollars. The food was cold/poorly cooked (salmon and veg and the steak). The lunch was also a multi hour experience, despite it being very slow at the time. Also, they had no lettuce? The grounds were gorgeous but the room was outdated and musty. I d recommend the golf course any day but because there arent a ton of accommodations in the area, unless you plan ahead with the Airbnbs, you may have to stay here and it s very pricey for the quality.
