I ordered a set of ceramic mugs from the Georgetow...

I ordered a set of ceramic mugs from the Georgetown Pottery website and while the mugs themselves are nice, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. The mugs were not wrapped securely and one of them arrived with a small chip on the handle. The company did offer to replace the damaged mug, but it was a hassle to go through the return process. Overall, the mugs are decent, but I expected better attention to detail when it comes to packaging and shipping.
