Worst service experience which I have had in the last 10 years. John Royson good service advisor, but the service manager and oil tech could care less about servicing your car properly on the most basic things. Also, your servicing packages on new cars is a price gouge. You're just trying to get paid for oil change when its suppose to be free and add other unnecessary items into those packages. Never did my tire rotation.

Was requested by Kirsty to return and have the work done properly and a cleaning. Tech never filled out sheet, so do i trust the work was done. Did he actually do my tire rotation? He sprayed hinges and got oil on my leather seats and doors. Kirsty or service manager never followed up on the repeated service. Customer service and follow-up, I don't think so.

Finally got a follow-up. Service Mgr. wants me to come in a third time to do first 6 mos. check and go through with the tech and manager. I don't have the time to spend going through a training session with your tech on the work he should have done in the first place.
