I recently purchased some thermal products from a company website. The products are decent, but I was not overly impressed. The quality is acceptable, but I expected better performance. The customer service was average but could have been more prompt in responding to my inquiries. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience, but I believe there are better options out there.
