I had a mixed experience with IRT Ingenierie. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. They were always available to answer my questions and provide assistance. On the other hand, the quality of their products was not up to par. I had several issues with their software and had to contact their support team multiple times to resolve them. Overall, I would say the experience was average.
