Arrow Buick GMC is an average company. I recently purchased a car from them and while the salesperson was helpful, the overall experience was just okay. The car was in good condition and the price was fair, but I felt like they could have done a better job of explaining the features and options available. The service department has been prompt in handling my inquiries, but their communication could be improved. Overall, I would say my experience with Arrow Buick GMC was average.
