I purchased a suitcase almost 4 weeks ago. The item still hasn't gone out for shipping. When I called customer service, you guys refused to cancel the order. You also refused to expedite shipping once the item finally does ship. I am disabled and I needed this suitcase for a medical trip. You really screwed me over, TJ Maxx.
