These guys did an acceptable job of installing my parts, except when I got the car back it smoked and idled rough. When I took it back to them, they performed a 5 min replacement of a part which was installed, and then told me to my face if that didn't fix it I was on my own. I gave him the key expecting him to at least take it in the shop granted I spent $3,000+ with him, but JR adamantly said the 5 minute hose replacement was all they were going to do. Luckily the hose solved the smoking, but my idle is still questionable, and it wasn't like that before the work. There are no parts on the car which would cause that. I'm giving 1 star for the "you're on your own after spending thousands with us" customer service, and the fact the guy actually had the guts to laugh at the situation hovering over my car.
