Spoke with him on the phone for about 5min and was very disappointed. His nonchalant attitude towards my loved one was very disturbing. He told me we had been sending our support letters to an Austin parole PO BOX and the parole board was probably not getting our letters because we should ve been sending them to the parole office in Amarillo. He said yea see you think you know what you re doing but you don t, that s why you need me to help you . I called Amarillo parole office and they said It all goes to the same place . He had me list reasons why I felt my loved one needed to appeal the decision and after each reason I gave he said NOPE! Try again . According to the parole board in both Austin and Amarillo, my loved one can request an appeal or reconsideration at any time. He won t be getting a dime of my money
