I had an awful experience with the financing department here. The gentleman who sold me the car was the only helpful individual I encountered.

The woman who managed my financing was flat out rude. The finance department continually failed to call back after promising to do so. I requested copies of a document and never received it.

They had me drive back to the dealership twice to resolve issues with their paperwork.

I spoke with management who promised to follow up and never did.
