I recently worked with a general contractor for a home renovation project and had a mixed experience. While the work itself was good, I found the communication to be lacking. There were several instances where I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on the progress. The contractor did a great job on the construction work, but I wish the company had better communication and project management skills. Overall, I am satisfied with the end result, but there is room for improvement.
