I recently visited the dealership in Park Meadows, and the experience was fairly average. The sales staff was polite and somewhat helpful, but the overall atmosphere didn't quite match the luxury image one would expect from a high-end car dealership. The vehicle options were decent, but I felt that the pricing was on the higher side compared to other similar dealerships in the area. The website was user-friendly and provided some useful information, but it lacked in-depth details about the inventory and financing options. In terms of customer service, I didn't receive anything particularly exceptional. Overall, it's a decent place to check out if you're in the market for a Cadillac, but there are definitely other dealerships to consider as well.
