I recently worked with a structural engineering company for a commercial project and found the experience to be average. The website provided detailed information about their services, but the overall communication and response time was a bit slow. The team seemed knowledgeable, however, the project timeline took longer than expected. The final results were satisfactory, but there were some minor issues that required follow-up. The pricing was competitive, which was a plus. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. 🙂
