I have been a customer of Zito media for several years now, and I must say that their service has been average at best. The internet speeds are decent, but I have noticed frequent outages and intermittent connection issues. Their customer support is also lacking, as it takes forever to get through to a representative and even then, they rarely seem to have a solution to the problem. Overall, I would rate Zito media as average.
