I recently purchased a medical device from this company's website and I found the selection to be quite diverse. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was prompt. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service response when I had some queries about the product. The representatives were polite but I expected more detailed assistance. On the plus side, the product quality is reliable and it has been serving its purpose well. Overall, I'd say it's a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in customer support. 😐
