I felt like I was navigating this process on my own, things were not explained well from the beginning. Having never been through this process before, I didn't even know what questions to ask. Saiontz & Kirks lack of attention and help getting me through this all became very apparent to me when we went to a mediation at Brown and Brown in Bel Air. I learned more from Brown & Brown than I did the years that Saiontz and Kirk held my case. I never felt like they were in my corner trying to get me what I deserved, but JUST a quick settlement. Now after getting what I feel is a low settlement for a life time injury, in addition to their 33.3% they are are taking, there are thousands in fees I never agreed to. I was put in a bad situation when someone hurt me in an accident and feel my lack of knowledge in the suit process was taken advantage of by S&K.
