I've been using public transportation in Chicago for a long time, and the CTA is definitely one of the better options available. The trains and buses are usually reliable, and the fares are reasonable. The only downside is that sometimes the service can be a bit crowded during rush hour. Other than that, I have no major complaints. The CTA website is also quite user-friendly and provides helpful information. I would rate the CTA as great.
