I recently booked a vacation through Travel Place INC and I have to say it was an average experience. The customer service was helpful and the website was easy to navigate, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The hotel room I booked was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait for almost an hour. Additionally, the transfer from the airport to the hotel was delayed, causing some stress and inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay experience but I expected better.
