I recently purchased a machine from this company and have mixed feelings about my experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, and I encountered some issues with the delivery and installation process. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but communication could have been better. The machine itself is of good quality, but the overall experience left room for improvement. 🤔 I hope to see better coordination and customer support in the future.
