My purchase of an intermediate flute from Hyson Music has been a very positive experience all around. Jesse Effman offered me a very good price and patiently answered all of my questions prior to my decision to buy. Once I made the purchase, the instrument was shipped quickly. Unfortunately there was a slight problem that probably occurred during shipping but Jesse quickly resolved the issue. I was emailed a return receipt to send the flute back to Hyson Music and had a brand new instrument shipped to me very quickly. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Hyson Music to anyone interested in buying a new instrument. I believe you will get very fair price and the owner definitely keeps his word and stands behind his products.
