What an excellent company. Issue with computer that was not able to be fixed via remote intervention. We are still shielding, computer is vital for us for ordering food / prescriptions etc. Guys from ECS , came and collected computer, fixed it, and returned it all within 24 hour period. Full PPE worn by engineer on both occasions. A truly effective, efficient, professional and very caring company. Thank you so much. Sue.
