CUSTOMER recently used Sustainable Soils for a landscaping project and my experience was average. The team did a satisfactory job, but there were a few areas that could have been improved. The communication with the company was decent overall, although there were some delays in responding to my queries. The quality of work was okay, but not exceptional. The pricing was fair and competitive compared to other companies in the area. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
